Wesley Luftig, President of TLC Home Builders, Inc., with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, has been part of every task imaginable in the building process. He started out remodeling and renovating small projects, and then with more involvement and dedication, quickly honed his skills as a carpenter and crew leader. He uses these years of hands on experience to now manage the many details of his residential remodeling and new home construction projects. In addition to this hands on and management experience, Wesley has worked and lived in the Atlanta area his whole career, making TLC Home Builders, Inc. familiar with the unique characteristics of the business environment
Over the years, Wesley has built dozens of homes in the popular neighborhoods of Virginia Highlands, Morningside, Chastain Park, Brookhaven and Dunwoody. The new construction, spec and custom, homes that Wesley has built have ranged in size from 3,000 to 8,000 square feet and sold between $900,000 and $1,700,000.
