Recent Work

Most recently, Wesley worked on a neighborhood project in Dunwoody called Meadowlake Estates. This extensive project began as a 2.5+ acre parcel of land with one existing home. It took a creative solution and extensive work with engineering firms to subdivide the land into 5 individual buildable lots along with a rain garden.

Additionally, being a new neighborhood, this project required Wesley to develop the plans for new sewer laterals for the lots and the storm water detention. This all was done in accordance with the City of Dunwoody and DeKalb County standards for new neighborhood allowing for all necessary approvals and permits. Before being able to build, Wesley first implemented the new sewer installation, detention pond and connected the detention pond to the existing Dekalb County storm water system as well as installed new sidewalks for the City of Dunwoody.
