Town Farms

Town Farms is a newly developed collection of homes sitting on the border of Peachtree Corners and Dunwoody. Designed in partnership with TLC Home Builders and SET Real Estate Group, these properties are more than just a place to live. They’re an investment in a community. Our 7 custom homesites offer plenty of space, while still cultivating a strong connection as a neighborhood. Get to know your fellow residents while enjoying the many unique community amenities.

Ranging from 3,300-3,700 square feet, these homes are spacious enough for multigenerational families to live under one roof. Town Farms was built to provide you the best possible blend of home and work life, as well as foster the undeniable sense of community between family and neighbors.

Sharing a border with Dunwoody provides access to a variety of retail and high-end commercial developments that the area has come to be known for.  Primarily centered around Perimeter Mall, Dunwoody also serves as a convenient location to Downtown Atlanta. Dunwoody features a variety of suburban outdoor amenities, like pools, dog parks, and venues for community events. It’s easy to connect with nature with outdoor attractions like Brook Run Park, the Dunwoody Nature Center, and Kingsley Lake.

Recent Work

Most recently, Wesley worked on a neighborhood project in Dunwoody called Meadowlake Estates. This extensive project began as a 2.5+ acre parcel of land with one existing home. It took a creative solution and extensive work with engineering firms to subdivide the land into 5 individual buildable lots along with a rain garden.

Additionally, being a new neighborhood, this project required Wesley to develop the plans for new sewer laterals for the lots and the storm water detention. This all was done in accordance with the City of Dunwoody and DeKalb County standards for new neighborhood allowing for all necessary approvals and permits. Before being able to build, Wesley first implemented the new sewer installation, detention pond and connected the detention pond to the existing Dekalb County storm water system as well as installed new sidewalks for the City of Dunwoody.
